With nearly five decades of expertise, Joseph A. Berry is a distinguished figure in the manufacturing industry. As CEO of TRC Tool Industries for 25 years, Berry demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision, solidifying his reputation in manufacturing engineering and cutting tool design. His designs have been pivotal in producing key automotive and military components, including those for the Ford F150, Chevrolet Corvette, and Hummer Humvee.

Berry's career is marked by deep proficiency in operations management, mechanical engineering, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management. His leadership and innovative approach have earned him recognition as a valuable resource by his clients.

In addition to his industry accomplishments, Berry has been deeply committed to ushering in a new generation of leaders through his contributions to academia. He has served as a professor at Wayne County Community College and on advisory boards for various educational institutions. He is also a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

Berry founded Cutting Edge Concepts, LLC, a division of Joseph A. Berry Consulting, specializing in cutting tool design and manufacturing. Under his leadership, the company has become synonymous with innovation and excellence in the industry.
